Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed with Hidden Heroes ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Products

Our helmets are fan-made cosplay and collectible display items. Hidden Heroes is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Marvel or The Walt Disney Company. Helmets are not protective equipment and are not DOT approved — never use them as motorcycle, bicycle or sports helmets. Batteries (4 AA for the helmet, 1 AAA for the remote) are not included.

We work hard to show products accurately. Colours and finishes can look different on your screen, and product details may be updated without notice.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is listed at an incorrect price or is out of stock — and will refund any payment taken. You must be of legal age in your state to order.

Shipping, returns and disputes

Shipping times and return conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us at hiddenheroeshq@gmail.com before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider; we resolve genuine problems quickly.

Intellectual property

The photos, text and design of this website belong to Hidden Heroes and may not be copied without permission. Character names are used to describe the style of fan-made items only.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses or for injury resulting from use of a helmet contrary to these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
